The Onboarding Walkthrough

A complete guide to every step of the Evriwhere setup process

17 min read · Updated 2 March 2026

When you open Evriwhere for the first time, the app guides you through an 8-step onboarding flow. This process sets up your account, connects your selling platforms, and gets you ready to start crosslisting. This article walks through every screen in detail so you know exactly what to expect.

Onboarding Overview

The full onboarding flow consists of the following steps, in order:

  1. Welcome Screen — Animated introduction with the Evriwhere logo
  2. Feature List — Overview of Evriwhere's key features
  3. Platform Selection — Choose which platforms you sell on
  4. Create Account — Sign up with Apple or email
  5. Connect Accounts — Link your selling platform accounts
  6. Vinted Import — Import existing Vinted listings (conditional)
  7. Notifications — Enable push notifications
  8. Choose Your Plan — Select your subscription tier

You progress through the steps sequentially. A progress indicator at the top of the screen shows which step you're currently on. Most steps have a Continue or action button at the bottom of the screen to advance to the next step.

You can't go back

The onboarding flow is designed to move forward. There is no back button on most steps. If you need to change something you've already set up (like your platform selection), you can do so later from the app's Settings screen.

Let's walk through each step in detail.

Step 1: Welcome Screen

The Welcome Screen is the very first thing you see when you launch Evriwhere for the first time. It's designed to make a great first impression and introduce you to the app.

What You'll See

  • An animated flow chart showing how Evriwhere connects your platforms — the app logo flows out to the Depop, eBay, and Vinted icons.
  • A headline: "1 Listing, Posted Everywhere"
  • A subtitle: "Crosslist your items to Depop, eBay, and Vinted with a single tap"
  • A large "Get Started" button at the bottom of the screen.

What to Do

Tap the "Get Started" button to proceed to the next step. There's nothing else to configure on this screen — it's purely an introduction.

Returning users

If you've previously completed onboarding and are signing in on a new device (or after reinstalling), you'll still see the Welcome Screen. Complete the onboarding flow again to set up the app on your new device. Your existing account, listings, and connections will be restored once you sign in.

Step 2: Feature List

The Feature List screen gives you a quick overview of what Evriwhere can do for your selling business. It's an informational screen — no configuration needed.

What You'll See

The screen is headed "Everything You Need" with the subtitle "Powerful tools to grow your reselling business". Below that, a list of key features is shown, each with an icon and a short description:

  • Multi-Platform Listing — Create a listing once and publish it to Depop, eBay, and Vinted simultaneously.
  • AI-Powered Descriptions — Use AI to generate compelling, keyword-rich listing descriptions from your photos.
  • Sales Analytics — Track your revenue, sales volume, and performance across all platforms in one unified dashboard.
  • Smart Scheduling — Schedule your listings to go live at optimal times for maximum visibility.
  • Order Management — View and manage orders from all platforms in a single feed.
  • Your Data Stays Yours — Your data is encrypted and handled securely. Evriwhere only accesses what's necessary and never shares your information with third parties.

What to Do

Review the features if you'd like, then tap the "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen to proceed.

Step 3: Platform Selection

This is the first interactive step. Here you tell Evriwhere which selling platforms you use so the app can tailor your experience.

What You'll See

The screen is headed "Where Do You Sell?" with the subtitle "Select the platforms you use or want to use". Below that, three platform cards are shown:

  • Depop — "Fashion marketplace for Gen Z"
  • eBay — "World's largest online marketplace"
  • Vinted — "Europe's favourite secondhand platform"

Each card acts as a toggle. Unselected cards appear with a muted or outlined style. Selected cards are highlighted with a checkmark or filled-in style to clearly indicate your choice.

What to Do

1

Tap to select your platforms

Tap on each platform that you currently sell on (or plan to sell on). You can select one, two, or all three. Each tap toggles the platform on or off.

  • Tapping a platform the first time selects it (the card highlights).
  • Tapping it again deselects it (the card returns to its unselected state).
2

Select at least one platform

You must select at least one platform to continue. If no platforms are selected, the "Continue →" button at the bottom of the screen remains disabled and cannot be tapped. You'll see the helper text "Select at least one platform to continue" or "You can always add more platforms later" depending on your selection state.

3

Tap Continue

Once you've selected at least one platform, the "Continue →" button becomes active. Tap it to proceed to the next step.

You can change this later

Don't worry if you're not sure which platforms you'll use. You can connect or disconnect platforms at any time from the Settings tab in the app. Your selection here simply determines which accounts you'll be prompted to connect in the next step.

Step 4: Create Account

The Create Account step is where you sign up for your Evriwhere account. This is a critical step — without an account, you can't use the app.

What You'll See

The screen has the heading "Create Your Account" with the subtitle "Sign up to save your listings and access them anywhere", and two buttons:

  • "Sign In with Apple" — A black button with the Apple logo, following Apple's official design guidelines.
  • "Continue with Email" — A secondary button below, allowing email-based registration.

What to Do

Choose one of the two sign-in methods:

Sign In with Apple (recommended):

  1. Tap the "Sign In with Apple" button.
  2. An iOS system sheet appears showing your Apple ID and email options (Share My Email or Hide My Email).
  3. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
  4. Your account is created automatically and the app advances to the next step.

Continue with Email:

  1. Tap the "Continue with Email" button.
  2. A web authentication sheet slides up from the bottom of the screen.
  3. Enter your email address and create a password.
  4. Tap Sign Up to create your account.
  5. The web sheet closes and the app advances to the next step.

For a comprehensive guide to account creation including troubleshooting, see our dedicated article: Creating Your Account.

Existing users

If you already have an Evriwhere account, use the same sign-in method you originally used. Sign In with Apple if you originally used Apple, or Log In with your email and password if you used email. The app will detect your existing account and may skip ahead in the onboarding if you already have connected platforms and listings.

Step 5: Connect Accounts

After creating your account, you'll be prompted to connect your selling platform accounts. This step shows connection options for each platform you selected in Step 3.

What You'll See

The screen is headed "Connect Your Accounts" with the subtitle "Link your selling accounts to get started". An info box at the top reads: "Connect at least one account to start crosslisting. You can add more platforms anytime in Settings."

Each platform you selected is shown as a row with the platform icon, name, and connection status. Unconnected platforms show "Tap to connect" — tapping opens a web authentication sheet for that platform.

Connecting Each Platform

The connection process differs for each platform. Each opens a web authentication sheet where you sign in to the platform:

Once a platform is connected, its row updates to show your username and a checkmark.

Skipping This Step

Connecting is optional during onboarding

You can skip the Connect Accounts step if you'd prefer to connect your platforms later. A "Skip for Now" link appears at the bottom with the note "You can connect accounts later in Settings". Alternatively, tap "Continue →" once you've connected at least one account.

If you skip this step, you'll still be able to create listings in Evriwhere, but you won't be able to publish them to any platform until you connect at least one account.

Step 6: Vinted Import

This step only appears if you connected your Vinted account in Step 5. If you didn't connect Vinted, or if you skipped the Connect Accounts step, you'll move directly to Step 7.

What You'll See

The Vinted Import screen asks whether you'd like to import your existing Vinted listings into Evriwhere. Importing your listings means you can manage them from within the app — edit them, crosslist them to other platforms, and track their performance.

What to Do

1

Choose to import or skip

You'll see two options:

  • Import Listings — Begins importing your existing Vinted listings. This may take a few moments depending on how many listings you have.
  • Skip — Skips the import. You can import your Vinted listings later from the app's settings or import screen.
2

Wait for the import to complete (if importing)

If you choose to import, the app will fetch your Vinted listings in the background. A progress indicator shows how the import is proceeding. For accounts with a large number of listings, this can take up to a minute or two. You don't need to keep the screen open — the import continues in the background.

3

Review imported listings

Once the import is complete, your Vinted listings will appear in your Evriwhere inventory. You can review, edit, and crosslist them to Depop and eBay at any time.

What gets imported?

When you import from Vinted, Evriwhere pulls in your listing titles, descriptions, photos, prices, sizes, and other relevant details. This gives you a head start — you can immediately crosslist these items to other platforms without re-entering all the information.

Step 7: Notifications

The Notifications step asks you to enable push notifications so Evriwhere can alert you when important things happen — particularly when an item sells.

What You'll See

The screen is titled "Stay In The Loop" and includes a visual mock-up of a phone displaying an example Evriwhere notification with the app logo.

Below the preview, the text reads: "We only send you notifications when you make a sale, so you don't miss it."

Two options are available:

  • "Enable Notifications" — The primary action button, prominently styled.
  • "Not Now" — A secondary link to skip enabling notifications.

What to Do

1

Tap Enable Notifications (recommended)

When you tap "Enable Notifications", iOS will display its standard notification permission prompt — a system dialog that says something like: '"Evriwhere" Would Like to Send You Notifications' with a description and two buttons: Allow and Don't Allow.

Tap Allow to enable push notifications. This grants Evriwhere permission to send you alerts on your lock screen, in Notification Centre, and as banners.

2

Or tap Not Now to skip

If you don't want notifications right now, tap "Not Now". You can enable notifications later from your device's Settings > Evriwhere > Notifications.

If You Tap "Don't Allow" on the iOS Prompt

If you tap "Enable Notifications" but then tap "Don't Allow" on the iOS system prompt, Evriwhere detects that permission was denied. The app will show an alert titled "Notifications Denied" with two options:

  • "Open Settings" — Takes you directly to Evriwhere's page in the iOS Settings app, where you can toggle notifications on manually.
  • "Skip" — Closes the alert and continues without notifications.

Notifications are important for sellers

We strongly recommend enabling notifications. As a seller, you need to know immediately when an item sells so you can ship it promptly. Evriwhere only sends sale notifications, so you won't be spammed.

What Notifications Will You Receive?

Once enabled, Evriwhere sends you notifications when one of your items sells on any connected platform. These are the primary notifications the app sends — designed to be useful without being overwhelming.

Step 8: Choose Your Plan

The final onboarding step is the paywall screen, where you select your Evriwhere subscription plan. Evriwhere offers three tiers designed for sellers at different stages.

What You'll See

The paywall screen displays three plan cards in a horizontally swipeable carousel. You can swipe left and right to browse the plans. A dot indicator below the cards shows which plan you're currently viewing (similar to the page dots on your iPhone's home screen).

Above the plan cards, there's a feature carousel that automatically rotates every 3.5 seconds, highlighting key Evriwhere features:

  • Crosslist Everywhere — Post to Depop, eBay & Vinted at once
  • AI Descriptions — Let AI write compelling listings
  • Sales Analytics — Track your business performance
  • Smart Scheduling — Post at the perfect time

Each feature is shown with an icon and a short description.

The Three Plans

Starter — "For Starters" — £2.99/week

The Starter plan is designed for sellers who are just getting started with crosslisting or who sell casually. It includes:

  • Up to 75 active items across all connected platforms
  • Schedule listings to go live at the best times
  • AI Listings — generate descriptions and optimise your listings with AI

The Starter plan is billed weekly, making it a low-commitment way to try Evriwhere.

Reseller — "For Resellers" — £9.99/month

The Reseller plan is designed for more active sellers who list regularly. It includes everything in Starter:

  • Up to 75 active items across all connected platforms
  • Schedule listings to go live at the best times
  • AI Listings — generate descriptions and optimise your listings with AI

The Reseller plan is billed monthly and works out cheaper than Starter for regular sellers (approximately £2.50/week). This plan shows a "Best Value" badge.

Business — "For Businesses" — £29.99/month

The Business plan is designed for high-volume sellers and small businesses. It includes everything in Reseller, plus:

  • Unlimited active items — no cap on how many listings you can manage
  • Schedule listings to go live at the best times
  • AI Listings — generate descriptions and optimise your listings with AI

The Business plan is the only tier with no item limit, making it essential for sellers with large inventories. This plan shows a "Popular" badge.

How to Subscribe

1

Swipe to browse plans

Swipe left and right on the plan cards to compare the three options. Each card shows the plan name, tagline, price, and a list of included features.

2

Tap the subscribe button

Each plan card has a call-to-action button at the bottom. The Starter and Business cards show "Get Started", while the Reseller card shows "Start Free Trial" (the Reseller plan includes a 7-day free trial by default). Tap the button on the plan you want.

3

Confirm with Apple

iOS will display a confirmation sheet showing the subscription price and billing frequency. Review the details and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password. The subscription is processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.

4

Subscription activated

Once the purchase is confirmed, your subscription is activated immediately. The paywall screen closes and you're taken to the main Evriwhere app screen. You're now fully set up and ready to start crosslisting.

Referral Codes

If someone referred you to Evriwhere, you can enter their referral code for a 7-day free trial. Here's how:

1

Look for the referral link

On the paywall screen, look for the text "Got an invite?" near the bottom of the screen. Tap it.

2

Enter the referral code

An alert appears with a text field where you can type in the referral code you received. Enter it exactly as it was given to you.

3

Apply the code

Tap Apply or Submit to validate the code. If the code is valid, the plan cards will update to reflect the 7-day free trial offer. You'll see the trial terms before you subscribe.

Referral benefits

Using a referral code gives you a 7-day free trial of Evriwhere. During the trial, you have full access to all features of your selected plan. You won't be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Restore Purchases

If you've previously subscribed to Evriwhere (for example, on another device or before reinstalling the app), you can restore your existing subscription:

  1. Look for the "Restore Purchases" link in the bottom-left corner of the paywall screen.
  2. Tap it. The app will check with Apple's servers for any active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID.
  3. If a valid subscription is found, it will be restored and you'll be taken to the main app screen.

Terms and Privacy

In the bottom-right area of the paywall screen, you'll find a "ToS & Privacy Policy" menu with links to:

  • Terms of Service — The full terms and conditions for using Evriwhere
  • Privacy Policy — How we collect, use, and protect your data

We recommend reviewing these before subscribing.

Dismissing the Paywall

If you're not ready to subscribe yet, you can dismiss the paywall screen by tapping the X (close) button in the top corner of the screen. This will close the paywall and take you into the app. Note that without an active subscription, certain features may be limited.

For a detailed comparison of all plans and what happens when you hit item limits, see our dedicated article: Choosing a Subscription Plan.

After Onboarding

Once you've completed all 8 steps, you'll arrive at the main Evriwhere app screen. From here, you can:

  • Create your first item by tapping the + button
  • View your inventory in the Items tab
  • Track your sales in the Sales tab
  • Manage your account and connected platforms in Settings

You're all set!
