Choosing a Subscription Plan

Compare Starter, Reseller, and Business plans to find your fit

15 min read · Updated 2 March 2026

Evriwhere offers three subscription plans designed for sellers at different stages of their reselling journey. Whether you're just getting started with crosslisting or running a full-scale reselling business, there's a plan that fits. This guide covers everything you need to know about each plan, how to subscribe, and how to make the most of your subscription.

Plan Overview

All Evriwhere plans give you access to the core crosslisting experience — listing items across Depop, eBay, and Vinted from a single app. The plans differ primarily in their item limits and billing frequency.

| Feature | Starter | Reseller | Business | |---|---|---|---| | Price | £2.99/week | £9.99/month | £29.99/month | | Tagline | "For Starters" | "For Resellers" | "For Businesses" | | Active items | Up to 75 | Up to 75 | Unlimited | | Schedule listings | Yes | Yes | Yes | | AI Listings | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Multi-platform crosslisting | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Sales analytics | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Order management | Yes | Yes | Yes |

What counts as an active item?

An "active item" is any listing in your Evriwhere inventory that is currently live on at least one platform, or that is in draft status ready to be listed. Items that have been sold and marked as complete do not count towards your limit.

Plan Details

Starter — £2.99/week

"For Starters"

The Starter plan is perfect for sellers who are new to crosslisting or who sell a handful of items at a time. At £2.99 per week, it's the lowest-commitment option — you're never locked into a long billing cycle.

What's included:

  • Up to 75 active items — Manage up to 75 listings across all your connected platforms. This is plenty for casual sellers or those testing the waters with crosslisting.
  • Schedule listings — Set specific dates and times for your listings to go live. This lets you post at peak hours when more buyers are browsing, even if you're busy.
  • AI Listings — Use Evriwhere's AI to automatically generate listing titles and descriptions from your photos. The AI analyses your item images and creates keyword-rich, platform-optimised copy that helps your listings get found in search results.
  • Multi-platform crosslisting — List to Depop, eBay, and Vinted simultaneously from one screen.
  • Sales analytics — View your sales data across all platforms in a single dashboard.
  • Order management — Track and manage orders from every connected platform.

Who it's for:

  • Sellers clearing out their wardrobe occasionally
  • New resellers testing crosslisting for the first time
  • Anyone who wants a low-commitment trial of Evriwhere's features

Billing: Charged weekly at £2.99. This works out to approximately £12.96/month (based on a 4.33-week average month). If you sell regularly, the Reseller plan offers better value.

Reseller — £9.99/month

"For Resellers"

The Reseller plan is designed for active sellers who list regularly and want the best balance of features and value. At £9.99 per month, it's approximately 23% cheaper than paying for Starter weekly over a month.

What's included:

  • Up to 75 active items — Same 75-item limit as Starter, sufficient for most active resellers.
  • Schedule listings — Full scheduling functionality to time your posts perfectly.
  • AI Listings — Complete AI-powered listing generation and optimisation.
  • Multi-platform crosslisting — List across Depop, eBay, and Vinted.
  • Sales analytics — Comprehensive analytics dashboard.
  • Order management — Unified order tracking.

Who it's for:

  • Active resellers who source and list items weekly
  • Sellers who've outgrown the casual stage and are building a consistent income
  • Anyone who wants monthly billing for easier budgeting

Billing: Charged monthly at £9.99. This is the best-value plan for most sellers with moderate inventory sizes.

Best value for most sellers

If you sell regularly (even just a few items per week), the Reseller plan saves you money compared to the Starter plan while offering the same features. The monthly billing also makes it easier to track as a business expense.

Business — £29.99/month

"For Businesses"

The Business plan is built for high-volume sellers, power resellers, and small businesses that manage large inventories. It's the only plan with unlimited active items, removing the cap entirely so your business can scale without restrictions.

What's included:

  • Unlimited active items — No limit on the number of listings you can manage. Whether you have 100 items or 10,000, the Business plan handles it all.
  • Schedule listings — Full scheduling functionality.
  • AI Listings — Complete AI-powered listing generation.
  • Multi-platform crosslisting — List across Depop, eBay, and Vinted.
  • Sales analytics — Advanced analytics for tracking business performance.
  • Order management — Unified order tracking at scale.

Who it's for:

  • Full-time resellers with large, rotating inventories
  • Small businesses selling across multiple platforms
  • Sellers who regularly exceed 75 active listings
  • Anyone who wants zero limitations on their Evriwhere usage

Billing: Charged monthly at £29.99.

How the Paywall Screen Works

You'll first encounter the plan selection on the paywall screen during onboarding (Step 8), but you can also access it at any time from Settings > Subscription in the app.

Plan Cards

The three plans are displayed as swipeable cards arranged in a horizontal carousel. Swipe left and right to browse between plans. A dot indicator below the cards shows which plan you're currently viewing — three dots corresponding to Starter, Reseller, and Business.

Each plan card displays:

  • The plan name (Starter, Reseller, or Business)
  • The tagline ("For Starters", "For Resellers", or "For Businesses")
  • The price and billing frequency (e.g. "£9.99/month")
  • A list of included features with checkmark icons
  • A call-to-action button at the bottom of the card

Feature Carousel

Above the plan cards, a feature carousel automatically rotates every 3.5 seconds, showcasing what you get with an Evriwhere subscription:

  1. Unlimited Items — highlighted with an icon representing stacks of listings (Business plan only)
  2. AI Assistance — shown with a sparkle icon representing smart descriptions
  3. Profit Analytics — displayed with a chart icon representing sales tracking
  4. Schedule Listings — shown with a clock/calendar icon
  5. Multi-Quantity Listings — represented with a quantity/stack icon

The carousel loops continuously and provides visual context for the features listed on each plan card.

Call-to-Action Buttons

Each plan card has a prominent button at the bottom. The button label depends on the plan and your current state:

  • "Switch to Starter" — Shown on the Starter card when viewing from within the app.
  • "Start Free Trial" — Shown on the Reseller card (which includes a 7-day free trial).
  • "Upgrade to Business" — Shown on the Business card, emphasising that this is an upgrade.

Tapping any of these buttons initiates the Apple in-app purchase flow.

How to Subscribe

1

Navigate to the paywall

If you're in onboarding, you'll reach the paywall at Step 8 automatically. If you're already using the app, go to Settings > Subscription and tap Change Plan or Subscribe.

2

Browse the plans

Swipe through the three plan cards to compare features and pricing. Take your time — read through what each plan includes and consider which fits your selling volume.

3

Select your plan

Tap the call-to-action button on the plan card you want to subscribe to. The button text will indicate the action (e.g. "Subscribe", "Start Free Trial", or "Upgrade to Business").

4

Confirm with Apple

iOS displays a subscription confirmation sheet. This sheet shows:

  • The subscription name and description
  • The price and billing frequency
  • The renewal date
  • Whether a free trial is included and when you'll first be charged

Review the details carefully. Then confirm the purchase using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.

5

Subscription activated

Once confirmed, your subscription is active immediately. You'll see a confirmation in the app, and you can start using all the features of your chosen plan right away. The paywall will close and you'll be taken to the main app screen.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple

All Evriwhere subscriptions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. This means your payment details are handled securely by Apple — Evriwhere never sees your credit card or payment information. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are all managed through your Apple ID.

Referral Codes

Evriwhere has a referral programme that rewards both you and the person who referred you. If someone gave you a referral code, you can use it to get a 7-day free trial of Evriwhere.

How to Enter a Referral Code

1

Find the referral entry

On the paywall screen, look near the bottom for text that reads "Invited by someone?" or "Got an invite?". Tap it.

2

Enter your code

A text input field or dialog appears. Type in the referral code exactly as you received it. Referral codes are typically short alphanumeric strings and are usually case-insensitive.

3

Apply the code

Tap Apply or Submit. The app validates the code with the server. If valid, you'll see a confirmation message and the plan pricing will update to reflect the 7-day free trial.

4

Subscribe with the trial

Now when you tap the subscribe button on any plan, the free trial will be applied. You won't be charged for the first 7 days. After the trial ends, you'll be charged the regular subscription price unless you cancel.

Trial cancellation

If you decide Evriwhere isn't for you, you can cancel your subscription anytime during the 7-day free trial and you won't be charged. Cancel through Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device.

Sharing Your Own Referral Code

Once you're an active Evriwhere subscriber, you'll have your own referral code that you can share with friends. Check the app's Settings > Referral Programme to find your personal code and sharing options.

Restore Purchases

If you've previously subscribed to Evriwhere and are setting up the app on a new device (or after reinstalling), you can restore your existing subscription without paying again.

How to Restore

  1. On the paywall screen, look for the "Restore Purchases" link in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  2. Tap "Restore Purchases".
  3. The app contacts Apple's servers to check for any active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID.
  4. If an active subscription is found, it will be restored automatically. The paywall will close and you'll have full access to your plan's features.
  5. If no active subscription is found, you'll see a message indicating that no purchases were found to restore.

Same Apple ID required

You must be signed into the same Apple ID that you originally used to subscribe. If you used a different Apple ID, the restore won't find your subscription. Switch Apple IDs in Settings > [Your Name] if needed.

Terms and Privacy

On the paywall screen, in the bottom-right area, you'll find a "ToS & Privacy Policy" menu with links to two important documents:

  • Terms of Service — The full legal terms governing your use of Evriwhere, including subscription terms, refund policies, and acceptable use.
  • Privacy Policy — Details on how Evriwhere collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data.

We encourage you to review both documents before subscribing. They're also accessible at any time from Settings > Legal in the app.

Item Limits and What Happens When You Hit Them

Understanding item limits is important for choosing the right plan.

How Item Limits Work

  • Starter and Reseller plans have a limit of 75 active items.
  • Business plan has no item limit — you can manage unlimited listings.

An "active item" includes:

  • Listings that are currently live on one or more platforms
  • Draft listings that haven't been published yet
  • Listings that are scheduled to go live in the future

Items that are sold, archived, or deleted do not count towards your limit.

What Happens When You Hit the 75-Item Limit

If you're on the Starter or Reseller plan and try to create a new listing after you've reached 75 active items, the app will display the Item Limit Paywall screen. This is a dedicated screen (different from the main paywall) that:

  1. Informs you that you've reached your plan's item limit.
  2. Shows your current count — for example, "75 of 75 items used".
  3. Explains the upgrade option — highlights that the Business plan at £29.99/month offers unlimited items.
  4. Presents an upgrade button — a prominent call-to-action to upgrade to the Business plan.
  5. Allows dismissal — you can close the screen and return to the app, but you won't be able to create new listings until you either upgrade or free up space by selling, archiving, or deleting existing items.

Free up space without upgrading

If you don't want to upgrade to Business, you can free up item slots by:

  • Marking items as sold if they've sold on a platform
  • Deleting listings you no longer want to sell
  • Archiving old listings that you want to keep records of but don't need active

Each of these actions reduces your active item count and opens up slots for new listings.

Choosing the Right Plan for Your Inventory Size

Here's a rough guide based on typical seller profiles:

  • Fewer than 30 active items — Starter or Reseller plan will serve you well. Starter if you want weekly billing flexibility; Reseller if you prefer monthly billing and better value.
  • 30–75 active items — The Reseller plan is ideal. You're an active seller and the monthly billing makes more financial sense.
  • More than 75 active items — You need the Business plan. There's no way around the item limit on lower tiers, and the unlimited items on Business give you room to grow without constraints.

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Current Plan

To see which plan you're currently subscribed to:

  1. Open Evriwhere.
  2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon).
  3. Tap Subscription.
  4. Your current plan, billing date, and renewal information will be displayed.

Changing Your Plan

To upgrade or downgrade your plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription in Evriwhere.
  2. Tap Change Plan or Manage Subscription.
  3. You'll be taken to the plan selection screen where you can choose a different tier.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the change.

Alternatively, you can manage your subscription through Apple's system:

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find Evriwhere in the list and tap it.
  5. Choose a different plan or cancel.

Upgrade vs. downgrade timing

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the new plan's price and gain access to the upgraded features right away.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until the renewal date, then switch to the lower tier.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your Evriwhere subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find Evriwhere and tap it.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

After cancelling:

  • You'll retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to a limited/free state.
  • Your listings and data are preserved — if you resubscribe later, everything will be there.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try Evriwhere for free?

Yes! If you have a referral code, you can get a 7-day free trial. Enter the code on the paywall screen before subscribing. During the trial, you have full access to your chosen plan's features.

Will I be charged immediately?

If you don't have a free trial, yes — you'll be charged immediately when you subscribe. If you have a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings > Subscription or through your Apple ID subscription settings.

What happens to my listings if I cancel?

Your listings remain in your Evriwhere account but you may lose the ability to manage, edit, or create new listings depending on the features available without a subscription. Listings that are already live on platforms will remain live — cancelling Evriwhere doesn't remove listings from Depop, eBay, or Vinted.

Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?

Refund policies are handled by Apple. Generally, Apple does not offer prorated refunds for subscription cancellations. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem website.
