Tracking Your Sales

Monitor orders across all platforms in one place

10 min read · Updated 2 March 2026

Every time you make a sale on Depop, eBay, or Vinted, Evriwhere picks it up automatically and brings it into a single unified sales feed. No more jumping between three different apps to check what sold or what still needs posting. This guide walks you through every part of the Sales tab — how it's organised, what each section means, and how to manage your orders from sale to completion.

Accessing the Sales Tab

The Sales tab is one of the three main tabs along the bottom navigation bar in Evriwhere (Items, Sales, Settings). Tap it to see all your sales across every connected platform in one place.

Automatic syncing

Sales are synced from all your connected platforms automatically. When someone buys one of your items on Depop, eBay, or Vinted, the sale will appear in your Sales tab within a few moments. You don't need to manually add or import sales.

Only Evriwhere listings

Only sales from listings created in Evriwhere will show up here. Sales from listings you created directly on Depop, eBay, or Vinted outside of Evriwhere won't appear.

When you first open the Sales tab, you'll see your sales organised into clearly labelled sections, each with a coloured badge indicating how many orders fall into that category. If you have no sales yet, the screen will display an empty state letting you know that sales will appear here once you start making them.

Display Modes

On iPhone, the Sales tab supports two different display modes:

  • Tab View (default) — Sales sections are presented as swipeable tabs. Swipe left or right to move between To Ship, Dispatched, and Other.
  • List View — Sales sections are presented as collapsible sections in a single scrollable list.

You can toggle between these modes using the menu in the Sales tab toolbar.

Business plan feature

Switching between Tab View and List View is available on the Business plan only. Free and lower-tier users see the default Tab View.

On iPad, the Sales tab uses a split view layout — the left sidebar (roughly 40% width) shows the sales list, and the right panel (60%) shows the detail view for the selected sale.

Sales Tab Layout

The Sales tab divides your orders into three tab sections plus a Completed section, based on their current status. Each section has a coloured badge showing the number of orders in that category.

To Ship (Red Badge)

The To Ship section contains all items that have been sold but haven't been dispatched yet — these are orders waiting for you to pack and ship them. This includes orders with statuses like payment successful, label sent, shipping pending (under 4 days), and awaiting shipping.

The red badge is designed to catch your attention. Each sale row displays:

  • Item thumbnail — A small image of the item that was sold. For bundle sales, a bundle icon is shown instead
  • Item title — The title of the listing
  • Platform icon — A small icon showing which platform the sale came from (Depop, eBay, or Vinted)
  • Relative time — How long ago the sale was made (e.g. "2h ago", "3 days ago")
  • Item count — For bundle sales, shows how many items are in the bundle
  • Profit badge — A coloured capsule showing profit (green for positive, red for negative) if a purchase price was set on the item

Tapping any sale navigates to the item's detail view (ItemView), where you can see full sale information and take actions.

Don't leave orders waiting

Orders in the To Ship section require your action. Each platform has its own dispatch time expectations — Depop and Vinted buyers expect items to be shipped within a few days, and eBay has your configured dispatch time. Leaving orders too long can lead to negative reviews or order cancellations.

Dispatched (Blue Badge)

The Dispatched section contains orders that have been marked as shipped but haven't been fully completed yet. This includes orders with statuses like dispatched, shipped, on its way, or at the buyer's post office. These are items currently in transit to the buyer or awaiting delivery confirmation.

Each sale row shows the same layout as the To Ship section — item thumbnail, title, platform icon, relative time, and profit badge.

This section is useful for keeping track of what's currently in the mail. If a buyer messages you asking about their order, you can quickly check here to confirm it's been dispatched.

Other (Orange Badge)

The Other section captures sales with special or unusual statuses — anything that doesn't fall into To Ship, Dispatched, or Completed. This includes orders that haven't been refunded but have an unusual or unrecognised status from the platform.

The orange badge helps you spot these orders so you can investigate and resolve any issues. Tap a sale to view the item detail and see what action, if any, is required.

Completed (Green Badge)

Completed sales are orders that have been fully fulfilled — the item was shipped, delivered, and the transaction is finished. Because completed sales can accumulate quickly over time, they're separated into their own dedicated screen rather than taking up space in the main Sales tab.

Tapping the Completed section navigates to the Completed Sales screen with your full history of finished orders.

Viewing Sale Details

Tapping any sale in the Sales tab navigates to the item's detail view (ItemView). This is the same screen you'd see when tapping an item in your inventory, but with additional sale information displayed.

The item detail view shows:

  • Item photos and details — The full item listing information
  • Sale Details Card — A dedicated section showing:
    • Platform — Which platform the sale was made on
    • Payout Amount — The amount you'll receive
    • Sold At — When the sale was made
    • Status — The current order status

From the item detail view, you can access additional actions via the ellipsis menu (⋯) in the top-right corner, including Mark as Completed and Remove Sale.

Set purchase prices for profit tracking

Evriwhere can calculate your profit on each sale, but only if you've entered a purchase price on the item. When creating or editing an item, fill in the purchase price field to enable per-sale profit tracking. This data also feeds into your analytics dashboard.

Bundle Sales

A bundle sale is when a buyer purchases multiple items from you in a single transaction. This is common on platforms like Depop and Vinted, where buyers can add multiple items to their basket and check out in one go.

How bundles appear in the Sales tab

Bundle sales are grouped together as a single entry in the Sales tab rather than showing each item separately. A bundle sale row displays:

  • Bundle icon — A special icon replaces the standard item thumbnail to indicate this is a multi-item sale
  • Item count badge — Shows how many items are included in the bundle
  • Platform icon — Which platform the bundle was sold on
  • Relative time — When the bundle sale was made
  • Profit badge — Combined profit for the bundle

Managing bundle orders

Bundle sales are treated as a single order for fulfilment purposes. When you manage a bundle, all items in the bundle are handled together.

Completed Sales Screen

The Completed Sales screen is a dedicated view for all your finished orders. It's designed to help you review your sales history and find specific past orders quickly.

Accessing the Completed Sales screen

From the Sales tab, tap the Completed section (green badge) to navigate to the Completed Sales view. This screen lists every completed order, with the most recent sales at the top by default.

Search

At the top of the Completed Sales screen, there's a search bar with the placeholder text "Search completed sales". You can search by item title to find specific past orders. This is especially useful when you have a large sales history and need to find a specific order quickly.

Sorting options

The Completed Sales screen includes sorting controls so you can organise your sales history:

  • Date Sold — Sort by most recent or oldest first (default: most recent, descending)
  • Profit — Sort by highest or lowest profit per sale (requires purchase prices to be set)
  • Title — Sort alphabetically by item title

Tap the sort button to toggle between ascending and descending order for each sort option.

Loading and error states

The Completed Sales screen shows:

  • Loading state — 5 skeleton placeholder rows while data is being fetched
  • Empty state — "No Completed Sales" with the message "Completed sales will appear here once orders are delivered."
  • Error state — A warning icon with "Connection Error" and a retry button

Analytics Access

Once you have more than 5 sales, an analytics button (chart icon) appears in the Sales tab toolbar. Tapping it opens the analytics dashboard as a sheet overlay, where you can view charts, revenue breakdowns, profit tracking, and more.

Unlock analytics

The analytics button appears automatically once you've accumulated more than 5 sales. Keep selling and it'll unlock in no time. For a full guide on what's available in the analytics dashboard, see Using Sales Analytics.

How Sales Sync Works

Evriwhere automatically syncs sales from all your connected platforms. Here's what happens behind the scenes:

  1. Continuous monitoring — The app periodically checks each connected platform for new sales
  2. New sale detected — When a sale is found on Depop, eBay, or Vinted, it's pulled into Evriwhere
  3. Categorisation — The sale is automatically placed in the correct section (To Ship) based on its status
  4. Notifications — You receive a notification about the new sale (if Sale Alerts are enabled in Settings > General > Notifications)
  5. Inventory update — The sold item's status is updated in your Evriwhere inventory

Manual sync

If you've just made a sale and it hasn't appeared yet, you can pull down on the Sales tab to refresh and trigger a manual sync. Sales typically appear within moments, but a manual refresh can speed things up.

Tips for Managing Your Sales

Stay on top of your orders

Here are some best practices for managing your sales in Evriwhere:

  • Check the Sales tab daily — Make it part of your routine to check for new orders in the To Ship section every day
  • Dispatch promptly — Ship orders as quickly as possible to maintain good seller ratings across all platforms
  • Use the Completed Sales screen for record-keeping — Your full sales history is always available for reference, searchable and sortable
  • Set purchase prices — Enter what you paid for each item so Evriwhere can track your profit per sale and in the analytics dashboard
  • Watch your bundle sales — Bundles are great for your bottom line. Keep an eye on which items sell together to inform your listing strategy
  • Use analytics once unlocked — Once you have more than 5 sales, the analytics dashboard gives you valuable insights into your selling performance
