Depop Account Settings
View your Depop profile stats, activity log, and account management

Once your Depop account is connected to Evriwhere, there's a dedicated settings screen where you can view your Depop profile stats, review your activity log, trigger a manual sync, and remove the account if needed. This guide walks through everything available on the Depop settings screen.
Accessing Depop Settings
Open the Settings tab
Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Depop
Under your connected platforms, tap the Depop row. If your Depop account is connected, you'll see your Depop username displayed alongside the entry. Tapping it opens the dedicated Depop settings screen.
Account must be connected
You need to have your Depop account connected to Evriwhere before you can access these settings. If your account isn't connected yet, see Connecting Your Depop Account for step-by-step instructions.
Profile Card
At the very top of the Depop settings screen, you'll see your profile card showing:
- Profile picture — Your Depop profile photo
- Username — Your Depop username
- Last Synced — When Evriwhere last synced data with your Depop account (e.g., "5 minutes ago")
Tapping the profile card opens your Depop profile in the browser.
Activity Log
Below the profile card is the Activity Log section, which gives you a history of all actions Evriwhere has performed on your Depop account. Tap the View button to open the full log.
What the Activity Log shows
The log displays a chronological list of events, with the most recent at the top. Each entry shows:
- Item title — The item the action relates to
- Action description — What happened and any relevant details
- Timestamp — When the action occurred
You can tap any log entry to jump straight to the related item in your inventory.
Types of actions logged
| Action | Description | |---|---| | Sale found | A sale was detected on Depop, including the sale price. If the item was cross-listed, the log notes which other platforms it was delisted from | | Relisted | An item was relisted on Depop (e.g., after auto-relist triggered), showing the remaining quantity | | Delisted | An item was delisted from one or more platforms | | Delist failed | An attempt to delist from another platform failed | | Quantity updated | The stock quantity for an item was updated |
The Activity Log is useful for verifying that sales are being detected, crosslisted items are being delisted from other platforms when sold, and keeping track of inventory changes.
Paginated results
The Activity Log loads 20 entries at a time. If you have more activity, tap Load More at the bottom of the list to load the next page.
No activity yet?
If your Activity Log is empty, it means no sales, delistings, or relistings have been recorded yet. Once Evriwhere starts detecting sales and managing your inventory, entries will begin appearing here.
Profile Stats
Below the Activity Log, you'll find your Profile Stats — a detailed overview of your Depop account pulled directly from Depop's data:
| Stat | Description | |---|---| | Followers | How many people follow your Depop shop | | Following | How many accounts you follow on Depop | | Rating | Your overall seller/buyer rating (e.g., 4.8) | | Reviews | Total number of reviews (buyer and seller ratings combined) | | Items Bought | How many items you've purchased on Depop | | Items Sold | How many items you've sold on Depop |
At the bottom of the stats section, you'll also see your "Depop User since [month year]" — the date you first joined Depop.
These stats update each time you open the Depop settings screen. If loading fails (e.g., due to a session issue), an error message will be shown in place of the stats.
Track your growth
Check your profile stats periodically to track your follower growth and sales progress on Depop. Growing followers often correlates with increased visibility and sales over time.
Syncing Your Depop Account
Evriwhere automatically syncs your Depop account data in the background, but you can also trigger a manual sync.
How to manually sync
On the Depop settings screen, tap the ellipsis menu (⋯) in the top-right corner, then tap Sync Now. This forces Evriwhere to pull the latest data from your Depop account.
When to manually sync
You usually don't need to manually sync — Evriwhere handles this automatically. However, a manual sync is useful when:
- You've just made changes on Depop directly and want them reflected in Evriwhere immediately
- A recent sale isn't appearing in your Sales tab
- Your profile stats seem outdated
- You've reconnected your account after a session expiry
Removing Your Depop Account
If you need to disconnect your Depop account from Evriwhere:
Go to Depop settings
Navigate to Settings > Depop.
Open the ellipsis menu
Tap the ⋯ (ellipsis) button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Tap 'Remove Account'
In the menu, tap Remove Account.
Confirm the removal
A confirmation alert will ask: "Are you sure you want to remove this Depop account?" Tap Remove to confirm. Once confirmed:
- Evriwhere will no longer be able to list or manage items on Depop
- Your existing Depop listings will remain on Depop — they are not deleted
- Your Depop sales history in Evriwhere will be preserved
- You can reconnect your Depop account at any time by signing in again
Existing listings are safe
Removing your Depop account from Evriwhere does not delete your listings on Depop. Your Depop shop continues to operate normally — you just won't be able to manage it through Evriwhere until you reconnect.
Troubleshooting
Profile stats aren't loading
If your profile stats show an error:
- Check your connection — Make sure your Depop session hasn't expired. If the stats error says "Session expired", you'll need to reconnect your Depop account
- Tap Sync Now — Open the ⋯ menu and tap Sync Now to refresh your account data
- Close and reopen — Navigate away from the Depop settings screen and come back
Activity Log isn't showing entries
If the Activity Log is empty or shows an error:
- No activity yet — If no sales or delistings have occurred since you connected, the log will be empty
- Check your connection — A disconnected or expired Depop session means Evriwhere can't track activity
- Retry — If the log shows an error, tap Retry to reload
