Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or restore your Evriwhere plan

13 min read · Updated 2 March 2026

Your Evriwhere subscription controls which features you can access, how many items you can store in your inventory, and whether you can use premium tools like scheduling and bulk repricing. This guide covers everything about managing your plan — from viewing your current status, to upgrading, restoring purchases, and cancelling.

Subscription Plans Overview

Evriwhere offers three paid subscription tiers, each designed for a different level of selling activity. All plans are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system and managed via your Apple ID.

Starter — £2.99/week

The Starter plan is designed for casual sellers who are just getting into crosslisting. It gives you access to the core Evriwhere features with a capped inventory size. This plan is billed weekly, so you're never locked into a long commitment.

Reseller — £9.99/month

The Reseller plan is for active sellers who list regularly and need more capacity. It's billed monthly and includes access to additional features beyond the Starter tier. This is the most popular plan for sellers who crosslist consistently.

Business — £29.99/month

The Business plan is the top-tier option for high-volume sellers. It removes the inventory item limit entirely, giving you unlimited items in your Evriwhere inventory. It's billed monthly and includes access to every feature in the app, including quarterly analytics and the Sales tab List View mode.

All plans are billed through Apple

Evriwhere uses Apple's in-app purchase system (powered by RevenueCat) for all subscription billing. This means your payment method, billing cycle, and renewal are all managed through your Apple ID — not directly through Evriwhere. You'll see the charge on your Apple ID receipt.

Viewing Your Current Plan

To check which plan you're currently subscribed to and its status:

1

Open the Settings tab

Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the Evriwhere app. This is the gear icon on the far right of the tab bar.

2

Tap Your Plan

In the Settings screen, look for the Your Plan row in the Your Account section (near the bottom, above the Sign Out button). Tap it to open the plan management screen.

3

Review your subscription status

The plan screen displays your current subscription tier, billing cycle, and renewal date. If you're not subscribed to any plan, you'll see the paywall screen with options to subscribe.

Upgrading Your Plan

There are two ways you'll encounter the upgrade flow in Evriwhere: proactively through Settings, or when you hit your plan's item limit.

Upgrading from Settings

1

Open the paywall

Go to Settings > Your Plan. The paywall screen will appear, showing all three available plan cards.

2

Browse available plans

The paywall displays three plan cards that you can swipe between horizontally. Each card shows:

  • The plan name (Starter, Reseller, or Business)
  • The price and billing frequency (e.g. "£9.99/month")
  • A badge — Reseller shows "Best Value" and Business shows "Popular"
  • A list of features included in that plan
  • A prominent call-to-action button at the bottom

Swipe left or right to move between plan cards. The currently displayed plan is the one you'll subscribe to when you tap the button.

3

Tap the upgrade button

Once you've found the plan you want, tap the call-to-action button at the bottom of the plan card. The button text depends on which plan is displayed:

  • Starter: "Switch to Starter"
  • Reseller: "Start Free Trial"
  • Business: "Upgrade to Business"
4

Confirm purchase through Apple

Apple's standard in-app purchase confirmation sheet will appear. This shows the plan name, price, and billing frequency. Confirm the purchase using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password, depending on your device's settings.

5

Wait for confirmation

After you confirm the purchase, Evriwhere processes the subscription through RevenueCat and Apple's servers. A loading indicator may appear briefly. Once the purchase is confirmed, the paywall screen automatically dismisses itself after 3 seconds, returning you to the Settings screen with your new plan active.

Upgrade complete

Your new plan takes effect immediately. All features associated with your new tier are unlocked right away, and your inventory limit is updated to match your new plan.

Upgrading When You Hit the Item Limit

If you're on the Starter or Reseller plan and you reach the 75-item inventory limit, Evriwhere will automatically present a special upgrade screen called the Item Limit Paywall.

This screen looks different from the regular paywall. It displays a clear message:

"Upgrade to Business for unlimited items."

Your inventory has [X] items which is the maximum for your current plan.

Where [X] is your current item count. The only option presented is to upgrade to the Business plan, since that's the only tier with unlimited items.

Tap the upgrade button to proceed with the Business plan purchase. The flow follows the same Apple in-app purchase confirmation process described above — confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password, and the paywall auto-dismisses 3 seconds after a successful purchase.

Plan ahead for your inventory

If you're approaching 75 items and expect to keep growing, consider upgrading to Business before you hit the limit. This way, you won't be interrupted mid-workflow when adding a new item.

Restoring Purchases

If you've previously purchased an Evriwhere subscription but it's not showing as active — for example, after reinstalling the app, switching to a new device, or if there was a sync issue — you can restore your purchase.

1

Open the paywall

Go to Settings > Your Plan to open the paywall screen.

2

Tap Restore Purchases

At the bottom of the paywall screen, you'll see a "Restore Purchases" link. Tap it.

3

Wait for the restore process

A spinner appears while Evriwhere communicates with Apple's servers through RevenueCat to check for any existing active subscriptions tied to your Apple ID. This typically takes a few seconds.

4

Review the result

One of three things will happen:

  • Success — Your subscription is restored, the paywall updates to reflect your active plan, and you're good to go.
  • "No purchases to restore." — Apple's servers found no active subscriptions tied to your Apple ID. This means your previous subscription has expired or was cancelled, and you'll need to subscribe again.
  • "No Business subscription to restore." — This appears when the app finds a previous subscription but it doesn't match the expected tier. You may need to subscribe to the correct plan.

Restore uses your Apple ID

The restore process checks the Apple ID currently signed into the App Store on your device. If you purchased Evriwhere with a different Apple ID, you'll need to sign into that Apple ID in your device's App Store settings before restoring.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrading from a higher tier to a lower tier (e.g. Business to Reseller, or Reseller to Starter) is handled through Apple's subscription management system, not directly within Evriwhere.

1

Open your iPhone Settings

Go to the Settings app on your iPhone (the system Settings, not Evriwhere's settings).

2

Navigate to your Apple ID subscriptions

Tap your name/Apple ID at the top of the Settings screen, then tap Subscriptions. You'll see a list of all active subscriptions tied to your Apple ID.

3

Tap Evriwhere

Find Evriwhere in your subscription list and tap it to view the subscription details.

4

Select a lower tier

You'll see all available plan options. Tap the plan you want to downgrade to. Apple will show a confirmation that the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Downgrade timing

When you downgrade, you keep your current plan's features until the end of the current billing period. The lower-tier plan activates when the next billing cycle begins. If you're downgrading from Business and have more than 75 items, you won't be able to add new items once the lower plan takes effect, but your existing items will remain in your inventory.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Cancelling your Evriwhere subscription is done through Apple's subscription management — the same place where you'd cancel any App Store subscription.

1

Open your iPhone Settings

Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.

2

Navigate to Subscriptions

Tap your name/Apple ID at the top, then tap Subscriptions.

3

Find and tap Evriwhere

Locate Evriwhere in your list of active subscriptions and tap it.

4

Tap Cancel Subscription

Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial if you're still in a trial period). Apple will ask you to confirm the cancellation.

5

Confirm the cancellation

Tap Confirm to finalise the cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period — you won't lose access immediately.

The Cancellation Feedback Process

When Evriwhere detects that you've cancelled your subscription, a feedback screen will appear the next time you open the app. This is a three-page flow designed to help us understand why you're leaving and improve the app for future users.

Page 1: "We're Sorry to See You Go"

The first page asks you to select a reason for cancelling. Tap the option that best describes your situation:

  • Too expensive — The subscription cost is too high for your budget
  • Not using it enough — You're not crosslisting frequently enough to justify the cost
  • Missing features I need — There's a specific feature you need that Evriwhere doesn't offer
  • Technical issues or bugs — You've experienced problems, crashes, or bugs that affected your experience
  • Switching to an alternative — You've found another crosslisting tool that better fits your needs
  • Taking a break from selling — You're stepping away from selling on marketplaces for now
  • Other reason — None of the above options fit your situation

Tap your selection to proceed to the next page.

Page 2: "Anything Else?"

The second page provides an optional text field where you can share additional details about your decision. This is free-form — you can type as much or as little as you like.

At the bottom of this page, you have two buttons:

  • Submit Feedback — Sends your selected reason and any additional comments to the Evriwhere team
  • Skip — Skips the text feedback and moves to the final page without submitting additional comments

Page 3: "Thank You"

The final page confirms that your feedback has been received (or acknowledged if you skipped). It displays a simple thank-you message. Tap the Done button to dismiss the feedback screen and return to the app.

Your feedback matters

The cancellation feedback is entirely optional — you can skip through it — but it genuinely helps the Evriwhere team prioritise improvements. If you're leaving due to a missing feature or a bug, letting us know means we can address it for you and other sellers.

Using a Referral Code for a Free Trial

If someone has shared their referral code with you, you can use it during the subscription process to get a 7-day free trial.

1

Open the paywall

During sign-up or from Settings > Your Plan, open the paywall screen.

2

Tap 'Got an invite?'

Below the plan cards, look for the link text "Got an invite?". Tap it.

3

Enter the referral code

An alert appears with the title "Enter Invite Code" and a text field. Type in the referral code exactly as it was shared with you.

4

Tap Save

Tap Save to apply the code. The paywall will update to reflect the 7-day free trial offer. If you made a mistake, tap Clear to remove the code, or Cancel to dismiss the alert entirely.

5

Subscribe to activate the trial

Choose a plan and complete the purchase as normal. Your 7-day free trial will begin, and you won't be charged until the trial period ends.

Common Subscription Errors

Here are the error messages you might encounter when managing your subscription, along with what they mean and how to resolve them:

| Error Message | Meaning | Solution | |---|---|---| | "Starter plan not available. Please try again later." | The Starter plan couldn't be loaded from the App Store. | Wait a few minutes and try again. Check your internet connection. | | "Reseller plan not available. Please try again later." | The Reseller plan couldn't be loaded from the App Store. | Wait a few minutes and try again. Check your internet connection. | | "Business plan not available. Please try again later." | The Business plan couldn't be loaded from the App Store. | Wait a few minutes and try again. Check your internet connection. | | "Plans not loaded. Please try again." | None of the subscription plans could be fetched from the server. | Check your internet connection, then reopen the paywall screen. | | "Unable to load plans. Please try again." | A network or server error prevented plans from loading. | Force-close the app, reopen it, and try accessing the paywall again. | | "No purchases to restore." | No active subscriptions found for your Apple ID. | Your previous subscription may have expired. You'll need to subscribe again. | | "No Business subscription to restore." | A subscription was found but it doesn't match the Business tier. | If you need Business, subscribe to it directly. | | "The selected plan is not available at the moment." | The specific plan you tapped is temporarily unavailable. | Try selecting a different plan, or wait and try the same plan again later. | | "No plans available. Please try again later." | No subscription plans are available at all. | This is usually a temporary server issue. Wait a few minutes, check your connection, and try again. |

Apple ID payment issues

If your Apple ID has a payment issue (expired credit card, unpaid balance, etc.), in-app purchases will fail even though Evriwhere shows the plans correctly. Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Payment & Shipping to update your payment method before trying to subscribe.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose my items if I cancel?

No. Your items, photos, and listing data remain in your Evriwhere account even after cancellation. However, you won't be able to create new listings or use premium features until you resubscribe.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the new plan takes effect immediately and Apple handles the prorated billing. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do I get a refund if I cancel early?

Evriwhere doesn't process refunds directly — Apple handles all billing. You can request a refund through Apple's support at reportaproblem.apple.com. Whether a refund is granted is at Apple's discretion.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

If you subscribed with a referral code and received a 7-day free trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard plan price when the trial ends. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription through Apple at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
