Welcome to Evriwhere! This guide will walk you through downloading the app and creating your account so you can start crosslisting in minutes.

An iPhone or iPad running iOS 15 or later
An email address for your account
About 2 minutes to complete setup

Downloading from the App Store

Getting Evriwhere on your device is quick and easy. Follow these steps to download and install the app.

Open the App Store

Tap the App Store icon on your iPhone or iPad. You'll find it on your home screen — it's the blue icon with a white "A" made of drawing tools.

Search for Evriwhere

Tap the Search tab at the bottom of the screen, then type "Evriwhere" in the search bar. Look for our icon — the purple and white crosslisting logo.

Download the app

Tap the Get button next to Evriwhere. You may need to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password. The app will begin downloading automatically.

Open Evriwhere

Once the download completes, tap Open or find the Evriwhere icon on your home screen and tap it to launch the app.

Pro tip

Add Evriwhere to your home screen dock for quick access. You'll be using it often!

Creating Your Account

Now that you've downloaded the app, let's set up your account.

Launch the app

Open Evriwhere from your home screen. You'll be greeted with our welcome screen showing the key features of the app.

Tap Sign Up

On the welcome screen, tap the Sign Up button. If you already have an account, tap Log In instead.

Enter your email

Type in your email address. This will be used for account recovery and important notifications about your sales.

Create a password

Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters. We recommend using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for security.

Verify your email

Check your inbox for a verification email from Evriwhere. Tap the link in the email to confirm your account. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Complete your profile

Add your name and optionally upload a profile photo. This helps personalise your experience but isn't required to start listing.

You're all set!

Congratulations! Your Evriwhere account is now active. You're ready to connect your selling platforms and start crosslisting.

Now that your account is set up, it's time to connect your selling platforms. This allows Evriwhere to post listings on your behalf and keep your inventory in sync.

Troubleshooting

The app won't download

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and enough storage space on your device. You can check your storage in Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

I didn't receive the verification email

Wait a few minutes — emails can sometimes be delayed
Check your spam or junk folder
Try requesting a new verification email from the app
Make sure you entered your email address correctly

The app crashes on launch

Try these steps:

Force quit the app and reopen it
Restart your device
Check if there's an app update available
Delete and reinstall the app
